Then intimate the customer through phone call or mail. Providing a bridge between the customer service and operation. Handling the clothes with some other vendor for Rewash/Re Iron Clothes. Tagging is done computerized with the help of ERP. Issues are handled as per the priority and per the strength. If the stain is from our side, it will be rectified upto the core.  Weekly once we arrange the meeting from our customer support for customer tickets Providing the final output for the customer until they satisfy.
