The experiences and expertise involves leading, managing, administering and executing the contract management activities, managing change control, risk management, issuing notices and claims in time, identifying opportunities and developing route maps in achieving the same, monitoring the costs and advising appropriate cost control measures, liaising with the Employer’ team for the contracts deliverable and final account settlement, procuring subcontract packages including negotiating for better prices whilst preserving the interest of the company, fulfilling reporting requirements for both the internal and external customers..
