My duty is focusing on pharmaceutical line which includes( Dorofen, Gentaplex, and aphrofem) drugs and nutrition line which includes ( liptomil 1,2,grow, HA,AR,AC) and liptomama milk for pregnancy and lactation

Al-Shams group consists of several divisions (chain pharmacies, drug stores, and scientific bureau). My role is divided into two shifts first one in central Pharmacy (Al-Aqsa) at morning and second one in Drug store at evening.A) Al-Aqsa Pharmacy (morning shift)- Respond to patient’s symptoms and advice on medicines -Provide services to patients, such as smoking cessation, blood pressure measurement and cholesterol management-Advising patients about medicines, including how to take them, what reactions may occur and answering patients' questionsB) Al-Morjan Drug store (evening shift)-Ensuring that the supply of medicines to our chain pharmacies and other community pharmacies is within the law- Provide missing items in the drug market - Interaction with medical representatives and advice other healthcare professionals about effective and new medicines

Provide prescribed medications, drugs, and other pharmaceuticals as needed for adequate patient care.Conduct Drug Regiment Review on all patients.Worked with other members of the pharmacy to ensure accuracy of prescriptions

My responsibilities included:-pricing new stock.-serving patients/customers.-giving relevant health advice.-placing orders over the phone.-sorting and putting away new stock deliveries.-printing medicine labels and dispensing as required.I was able to develop good listening skills, a polite and professional telephone manner, excellent customer service and organizational skills.
