Follow up Isthimara (vehicle registration) for company fleets (around 1500).Renewing 3rd party certificates for Fleets and fleet operators.Coordination of mobilized and de-mobilized fleets for sites (around 14 location).Preparing daily fleet allocation report (around 14 location).Establishment of site laboratoryUpdating and monitoring testing tools calibration certificates.Working with 3rd party laboratory and consultant for lab approvalPreparing and submitting concrete pour records.Updating and monitoring master concrete pour register.Sample material arrangements and delivery to 3rd party laboratory.Testing and submitting test results.Attending weekly Logistics / Technical meetings and submitting work related documents.Supporting logistics team to arrange the site facilities.

Coordinate with Manufacturing plants for Planning Shipments & TransportationPlan & schedule shipments (Monthly Basis) Freight rate negotiationsPreparing Final DocumentationsFollow up payments with buyersSubmitting bank documents(LC term/DP & DA terms)Requesting exports documentations for Minerals such as : Minerals Export certificate, Chamber of Commerce certificates, Minerals Transport License and ISFTA
