 Leading a Team (Engineers, Supervisors, Skilled & Semi-skilled workers to carry out the Project works. Execute major project activities including Crude Oil and Product Tanks cleaning, sludge disposal, inspection activities, mechanical repairs, (includes complete bottom plate replacement, shell & roof Plate replacement), hydro test, coating of internal and external activities, installation of roof seals and commissioning of the tank. Responsible for recruitment of manpower and selection of other resources. Responsible for reviewing the method statements, inspection and test plans and preparing Task risk Assessment for each job carried out. Responsible for planning and scheduling, preparing budget, progress reports and Invoices. Responsible for coordinating the third-party inspection requirements of the project. Responsible for implementation of Project Safety requirements. General responsibilities included technical evaluation of the Project package and requirements, Prepare Project Resource and Cost Budgeting; Resource identification & Deployment; Planning, Progress, Resource and Cost expenditure Monitoring; Review of Project Plan & Schedule, Coasting of Projects, Management Alert on expenditure, Weekly & Monthly Reports on Projects.
