1. Regions handling under Utility scale are Africa and Middle east.3. Responsible for Tendering (Prebid engineering, Project estimation and bid submissions).4. Responsible for Supplier negotiations and support procurement team on vendor finalization.5. Research and evaluation of subcontractors, region wise, based on price, quality, selection, service, and support.6. Responsible for site surveys and generating reports.7. Responsible for producing competitive prices through evaluation of instructions, specifications, drawings, and bill of quantities.8. Prepares the tender analysis sheet and presents it to the manager.9. Monitors and stores the costs to improve the accuracy of future pricing.10. Delegates the inquiries to other estimators.11. Checks the estimates or worksheets made by other estimators.12. Handling site construction works and attending weekly, monthly progress meetings.

1. Collaborate with Solar PV Project Engineers and Development Managers to provide project support for development, design and cost estimation activities.2. Assist Project Development Managers with technical aspects of customer presentations.3. Assist Project Development Managers in writing and preparing exhibits for proposals and contracts.4. Assist with the preparation of the project cost estimating sheets.5. Perform system energy modeling and energy estimates using solar design software.6. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Solid works, PVSyst, Sketchup, MS Office Suite, including Excel.7. Ensures compliance with company and all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards8. Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs9. Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site10. Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.11. Preparing As Built Drawing12. Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups13. Preparing attendance sheets and time sheets of all workers.14. Addressing problems regarding workers’ safety and health.15. Daily reporting to Operation Manager.16. Overall execution of the project activities on site.17. Making weekly plans to achieve better performance.18. Attending weekly meeting with manager and consulting engineers.19. Managing activities on site, prioritize tasks and reporting to site manager.
