Responsible to handle & provide Technical & IT Support to Q-Matic systems Installed in Mobily branches Kingdom wide .Operations Activity : Carry out daily operations activity.Prepare timely and accurate SLA reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner. Utilize Application tools to continuously monitor the performance of critical applications. Identify and analyze performance bottlenecks, latency issues, and other anomalies affecting application performance.Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve application performance issues in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and debug complex application problems. Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and a processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions. Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to understand application architecture and deployment configurations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement performance improvements and preventive measures.Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of application performance issues, resolutions, and preventive measures. Create knowledge base articles and share best practices with the team.

Projects Roles and Responsibilities:  Operational activities related to NGPK Systems (NCR payment kiosk) and Qmatic System. Ø  Coordinate with team members to ensure optimal strategy and maximum efficiency Ø  Implementation of Server with NCR  application.Ø  Configuring digital Certificate on IIS web application for NGPK with backend system for secure commination.Ø  Installation and deployment of back-end server, SQL server and NCR kiosk application.Ø  Monitoring Cash & Card payments reports and investigating fails transaction for various purposes EAI & Seibel team.Ø  Perform Changes on the test server for NGPK & Qmatic in order to test requested changes by the End user. Ø  Handled System Administration tasks for NGPK & Qmatic application.Ø  Monitoring and maintain both NGPK & Qmatic machines and their networks.Ø  Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components. Anti-Virus Installation, Troubleshooting and Data Protection, backup etc.Ø  Handled project-related activities and coordinating with teams.Ø  Resolving network related and local DB related issues.Ø  Responsible for providing helpdesk support and assistance in initial installation of the Qmatic & NGPK system, setup and maintenance of the user account and data recoveryØ  Consulted with clients to determine needs and recommended appropriate solutionsØ  Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production and reduce the downtime.Ø  Served as point person on all IT and software applications including system maintenance. Ø  Evaluate and develop procedures that assure proper integration of service continuity with other system operations.
