Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of passive and active candidates.Candidate Screening: Review resumes and technical portfolios, conduct initial screening interviews, and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific technical positions.Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, company culture, and team dynamics to ensure a strong match between candidates and open roles.Building Relationships: Establish long-term relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process while providing feedback and insights on job market trends.Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Track and manage candidate information, application statuses, and recruitment metrics using ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).Negotiation & Closing: Lead salary, benefits, and offer negotiations, ensuring alignment between candidate expectations and employer resources.Diversity & Inclusion: Focus on building diverse talent pools and contributing to inclusive hiring practices to enhance the company’s workforce diversity.
