Designed a synthetic route for synthesizing PEG linkers of different lengths on the targeting peptides on resin and automated the synthesis using a solid-phase synthesizer.• Developed multifunctional lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) containing mRNA and targeting antibody or diabody lipid conjugates with imaging fluorophore for CAR-T-cell therapy for pancreatic cancer.
