Project: Hills Project – EMAARProject Description: 300 Million US Dollars4 Residential building G+14, Hotel Apartment G+15And Hotel G+15 plus podiumConsultant: DAR ConsultantClient: EMAARPosition: Site Engineer (Civil Works)Duties: Managing 2 Junior Engineers, 1 Super Intendant, 2 General Forman’s, 4 Forman’s, 25 Charge hands, 95 steel fixers, 142 Carpenters, 66 labors, 15 scaffolders to build 2 towers G+14Responsibilities:1-Ensure all work has been done as per baseline of the project.2-Ordering steel and managing the deliveries at the site.3-Managing NTP (Post tension Sub Contractor) to meet the casting dates.4-Coordinating with Elector-Mechanical for their duct work and sleeves.5-Ordering materials which is required for site work.6-Ensure all work has been done as per safety procedure.7-Coordinating between QC, Consultant, DM (Dubai Municipality) for inspecting.8-Managing rental materials at the site.9-Managing the fabrication of formwork (horizontal tables system and vertical) as per DOKA system design.10- Managing block subcontractors and their deliveries of block at the site.11-Report quantities of concrete casted and completion of work to management and client.12-Planing monthly, weekly, daily work at site and reporting it to the client.13-Ensuring that the civil and the architecture drawings is correct and implemented at the site.14-Calculating productivity at the site (total manpower to cubic meter) to meet BOQ and cost requirements.15-Checking the contract of the subcontractor (Block, NTP) duties and responsibilities.16-Working with RLG management groups to increase the productivity at site through daily meetings with staff and weekly meetings with different departments.
