- Tier 2 Troubleshooting for the MPLS circuits ( IPVPN , DIA , PLL , DLL )by checking customer's routers configuration,providing the customers therecorrect ( IP addresses , BGP NO. , VLAN NO. and PORTS NO. )- Providing a solutions for customers problems according to the results of theTroubleshooting ( Customer configuration issues , internal wiring and powerissues )- Troubleshooting and Fixing all DSL configuration problems and opening atickets for the physical issues .

theoretical and practical training course had been taken in the SITA (International Society ofAeronautical Telecommunications ) during the mentioned period which includes :- Introduction to the Data communication Techniques.- Introduction to SITA Network.- Communication Protocols on the SITA Network (X.25, X.28, P1024B, P1024C,P1040).- Operation of the SITA users interface system (UIS & XIS).- Installation and Maintenance of SITA user's high speed and low speedcommunication terminals.- Testing and fixing the SITA Trunk lines and leased lines in coordination withPTT.- Operating the SITA Messaging systems (Lotus notes & SITATEX).

Participating in all Electrical maintenance related jobs'. Besides attending thefollowing training courses:General Electric, Overhead lines and towers' construction, Protection andcontrol,Electrical connections, Electric measuring devices, Basic electronics,Cables' fault detection,Electric motor maintenance and 33KV dual lines .
