- Manages the day-to-day operation of HR employees Services Section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.- Oversees all HRIS-related activities to ensure that all the data and information is backed up and are available when required.- Manages the HR services provided to employees to ensure that all then requirements are met and their clarifications are answered.- Oversees the maintenance of employee records, employee ID generation and ensure accurate and timely updates of employee information on HRIS in order to run statistical reports for management for use in planning and forecasting.- Carries out the provision of HR employee services for all employees inn handling standard HR transactions and processes e.g. salary certificate requests, service certificates, tickets, salary increment and ad hoc requests to ensure service provision in a timely manner.- Directs the implementation, maintenance and enhancement of the HRIS SAP system to process automated HR transactions and self-services facilities for employees.- Ensures compliance to all relevant safety , quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the section in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude.- Performs other related duties or assignment as directed.

- Coordinate all stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews, and on boarding new employees. Also oversee background checks and drug screens while ensuring compliance with all local employment laws.- Address employee conflicts and complete investigations as required. Worked with management to administer employee discipline or corrective action when needed. Also assess employee engagement and retention, and actively work to identify, analyze, and improve any problematic areas.- Ensure that employees have a systematic method for reporting work hours.- Help other management team members prepare for audits.
