* to prepare order of equipment of campasites, this includes packing of goods.* to be responsible for the safekeeping of company materials.* to carry out quality control checks and to count and record stock figure.* to assist in other duties as reasonable requested by the warehouse controller.* Arrange to store the goods in the warehouse in a scientific and orderly manner according to reference number, brand name etc., in order to keep an overall control of stock.* developed and managed item level inventory plans to ensure they were in alignment with financial goal.* to co ordinate with shipping co to clear the shipment (export, import, temp ship etc).* to be aware of and to follow all safety guidelines.* making stock codes and arranging stock location.* prepare delivery notes covering transfer of materials between stores.* followup with procurement staff and or local supplies on delays in material deliveries and advises supervisors/indenting party accordingly.* controls the issuing of materials, equipment and spare parts to authorised personnel in accordance with issue request.
