Lead procurement organization within the ONXpress CJV Business Unit. Leading the delivery of procurement services for some of the most Complex and Challenging project.

• Oversee and plan all aspects of procurement from pre-bid to closeout.• Represent company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers, subcontractors and professional service providers. • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with equipment vendors, material vendors, professional service providers and subcontractors; consult with corporate attorneys and senior management to minimize project and corporate risk while maintaining commercial competitiveness.• Monitor and oversee execution of the procurement buy-out. • Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying and/or estimating materials, equipment, subcontract and professional services. • Oversee staff training.• Liaison between Procurement and Construction/Engineering.• Locate and assist in the evaluation and qualification of vendor materials and equipment, subcontractors, and professional service providers. • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement and contract management instructions, policies and procedures. • Maintain records of all contractual documentation• Provide feedback to assist in analyzing market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability. • Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims. • Review supplier or subcontractor claims and contracts for conformance to company policy. • Oversee administration of online purchasing and contract management systems. • Communicate and enforce procurement policies & procedures to project team.• Provide training to ensure policies and procedures are followed.• Responsible for projections, financial planning, expediting, delivery schedules and project procurement reporting. • Oversee the development and review of all procurement analytics, reporting and deliverables.• Long-term relocation and short-term field assignments will be required.

· Lead and manage the project sourcing team responsible for procurement & post order management. · Defines and executes the external supply chain strategy with the stakeholders in accordance with the project requirements and planning under Triangle team.· Prepares the external supply chain project plan focused on the strategy, schedule, and budget along with any other necessary information from the external supply chain for the project.· Obtains the savings target and satisfying the cost, schedule, and quality requirements of the project. · Maintains the project purchasing dashboard using the standard tools.· Tracks and follows the project costs and time variances while taking all necessary actions to avoid deviations to budget.· Identifies critical and strategic suppliers with category management.· Identifying the underperforming or non-performing suppliers during the project life cycle and setting action plan to meet requirement of the project.

• Responsible for managing the project procurement and execution, developing strategic supplier analyses, production planning/scheduling and proactively address total supply chain issues. • Managing the project from Purchase to Pay.• Interact with internal and external customers as needed by the Projects. Initiate and Co-Ordinate KOM’s PIM’s for Projects.• Developing Payment terms liaising with finance team for LC/CAD negotiation.(Payment Milestone).• Achieving project deadline and Proactively involved in end to end Project Management (Project Closeout).• Developing Procurement plan for various projects.• Heading Commercial negotiation and close out the award effectively within the budget.• Issuing and managing PO’s to suppliers throughout the globe on CAPEX purchase.• Issuing internal purchase orders within SPX factories across-the-world from approved requisition queues.• Developing strategical payment plan with vendors and customers keeping in mind of risk transfer.• Complete knowledge on Letter of Credit and Cash against document payment terms.• Developing and delivering recommendations to management. Delivering key inputs to cross functional business units.• Currently handling Nine factories across Europe and in North America which primarily deals with Oil & gas / Power & Energy field. • Knowledge on products such as Filtration Skid Packages/Valves/Pumps/ Mixers.• Building effective relationships with key international and domestic customers and suppliers to strengthen the supply chain deliverable.• Effectively and efficiently report project status to management.
