Responsible for assisting the Project Management Department by successfully handling projects like PP12, HOUT project, Irrqaa project, Sadara project, Camelia project, Daelim project, Wartsila Nadec Power Plant project etc., by providing an effective and comprehensive support service to clients of the company.Duties :• Assisting and supporting the PMD in their daily duties. • Involved in Coordinating projects from inception to completion.• Keeping in close contact with key project members and decision makers.• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.• Coordinate the shipment of freight by contacting the appropriate freight carriers• Ensures timely shipping schedules are met.• Coordinate activities with other departments and outside trucking firms.• To handle special projects for various clients and communicate all updates and progress via email, phone and reports when needed.• Review Shipping Documents to ensure compliance with project shipping instructions.• Prepare Custom Files for various clients and hand over to Clearance Department for Custom Clearance.• Forwarding shipping documents received from the shipper to customs clearance department and follow up and report shipment status to the clients• Handle customs clearance with the customs clearance broker for FCL, LCL, ODC, Break Bulk, DG shipment.• Coordinate with transport fleet for Over Dimension Cargo Shipments.• Providing Monthly shipments report & KPI report to the Management.• Operation cost analysis of import shipments.• Ensuring process Compliance and Improvement.
