Maintenance & all activity related to Allen Bradley Plant PAx DCS (Model: L-84 CONTROLLER) controller with RIO panel in plant-B RAM plant.Maintenance & all activity related to Emerson Delta-V DCS in PTP plant.Maintenance & all activity related to Yokogawa Centum VP in A, C & D plant.Execution of program and same in the field side after installing new instrument in the field.Making JB schedule & execute in the field side.Make Cable schedule & execute in the field side.Wiring of Allen Bradley Plant PAx DCS, Yokogawa Centum VP DCS as per drawing.Earthing preparation of clean earth & dirty earth.All field instruments erection, installation, commissioning as per drawing & IFC documents.Make sure all field instruments calibration done & certificates submitted.Cold loop check as per the process requirements & planning.Hot loop check as per the process requirements & planning after panel powered up.Troubleshooting of field instruments, commissioning if there is problem in the hot loop.Software installation, modification as per plant. Report to the Senior Manager - Instrumentation everyday and Kick of Meeting for planning and at the end of day Also meeting to achieve target. Vendor drawing approval for manufacturing and Test certificate approval. PLC drawing, IO list, JB schedule, Cable schedule, Electrical drawing verification and according to that drawings to see the field side condition and work progress in the field side. Cross check all field work & PLC panel work as per IFC documents. Handling 20 men-powers during maintenance.

Taking care of all Instrumentation work in all Well pads of Cairn Energy Vedanta Limited then commissionning, start-up also and handover to Cairn engineer.
