As a bioinformatician at the University of Warwick, I craft visualisations and enrich the content of Enterobase, an accessible online database for bacterial genomics. I also assist in the online and in-person clinics, aiding other researchers with their bioinformatics questions. With a passion for developing new drug modalities, I collaborate with AstraZeneca on pioneering projects, utilising cutting-edge techniques such as Fourier Transform-Ion Cyclotron Resonance (FT-ICR) and Solid-State Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR). I am pursuing a PhD in analytical chemistry at the University of Warwick, where I have gained experience in supervising and training students on advanced instrumentation. I have actively participated in international conferences, delivering both oral and poster presentations to share my research findings. Furthermore, I have written scientific papers that are currently awaiting publication. To streamline data analysis and enhance efficiency, I employ programming languages including Python and have created graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for data processing and visualization.
