After leaving Dubai Properties I have been established myself as a Freelancer whereby I have been working as a consultant for several projects, producing Financial Plans for Schools, Nurseries, Restaurant, Real Estate developer. I also did Investment analysis for Investment companies in Dubai UAE.I was also engaged by Al Sharq Facilities Management, to set up the Finance Department, implemented SAGE software for accounting and prepared the Financial Statement. Trained a permanent staff on the preparation of Financial Statements. Also worked on the Feasibility study and preparation of Financial Model for the 3 and 4 Star Hotel project.

Hill International awarded an agreement with MODON the Saudi Industrial Authority, whose responsibilities include the establishment, development and operation of Industrial Estates and Technology Zones in partnership with the private sector. I have been assigned to work with MODON by providing advisory and consultancy service on the finance side of their various projects. Duties include: Reviewing all the Feasibility and Financial studies provided by the private investor, preparation of Financial Model for various cities to be developed, performing analysis on various scenarios as per MODON requirements. Advising Steering Committee on the best scenario. Representing MODON to the investors. Performing Financial Evaluations and due diligence for the project bidders.
