Liaisoning with Suppliers/Vendor/contractors/subcontractors regarding negotiation of rate & other terms & conditions which concern to procure required material for our units/sites Raw Materials, Packaging Materials (Plastic/Corrugated/Imported Papers/Wooden as per FSSI Standards & Normal Course), Electronics & Electricals, like VFD, PLC, MCB, MCCB, Contractors, Switchgears, Power Motors, Wires & Cables and relevant components & equipment, Mechanicals, Pneumatics, Hardware’s, Lab chemicals i.e. LR/AR Grades & Lab Equipment’s & Lab Machines, Production Chemicals i.e. Commercial Chemicals Imported Chemicals Food/Pharma Grades, civil construction materials. Boilers, DG, ETP & RO Plants Spare Equipment’s and its chemicals as per Food Grade standards & Normal Grades, Power & Fuels, Capital & Project related Purchase etc., Handling & Taking Care of Vender Help Desk & Vendor Management, Vendors selections, evaluations & blacklisting and prepared approved vendor list of Purchase & services related. Always try to make solid SCM of suppliers/vendors to get better options to get competitive quotes/prices according to requirement of material. Capable to prepare Rate Comparison Statements & costing sheets, budget & Preparations of Project and capable to monitor on deeply observation of vendor’s quotations & offers of their respective requirement to reduce and maintain cost and effective material. 5) Issue Purchase Order/ Work Orders accordingly after getting approval from higher authority.6) Properly maintain & coordination with suppliers to procure material on time. 7) Maintain a good relationship with suppliers/ Vendors between organizations to make long lasting business.Maintain data history while procuring material so that timely reviews on previous purchase prices so that purchase can be make easier.Responsible to propose/introduce new vendors to contactors/subcontracting of particulars activities as per our contacts/projects as given by respective sites.
