In addition, I have significant technical knowledge and skills in sustainability designs.My duties and responsibilities along my professional life;-Leading a team of electrical engineers for issuing concept, schematic design, design development, construction drawings, BOQ, and Specification of projects according to standard code and projects requirements-Leading a team of electrical engineers for managing and reviewing shop drawing transmittals, material submittals, inspection requests, site instructions, non-conformance reports, and the work progress at the site.-Reviewing the required materials submittals for approval as per the contract document.-Analyzing variation orders, payment certificates, and BOQs.-Attending the factory acceptance tests for equipment at the countries of origin.-Testing and commissioning of various MEP systems installed on-site and preparing the required snag lists.-Attending progress and technical meeting with stakeholders, contractors, and designers.-Holding MEP site meetings to achieve proper coordination at the site.-Issuing the full package of Inspection and Testing Plans and Inspection Checklists for whole electrical systems. Approving the pre-qualification documents for all contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in Holy Mosque Haram. -Approving the construction schedules, monitoring and controlling the technical project scope against the Project Execution Plan and Functional & Detailed Design Specifications, ensuring the effective change control and identifying the risks/opportunities. Following up As-Built, T&C, O&M, and final handing over of the project.
