My responsibilities include managing the Facilities Operations Department, which handles the operation and maintenance of our facilities. Additionally, I am in charge of the Properties Management section, the Security & Safety unit, and the Technical Services Department, specifically the Engineering Inspection section. Furthermore, I am responsible for business planning, studies, and the Engineering Services Department. This involves projects planning and design, construction management, and quality management. Additionally, I am involved in the corporatization and transformation of our organization, aligning it with the Kingdom Vision 2030. As part of this transformation, I contribute to business restructuring, strategic planning, the development of new policies and procedures, and business modeling.

(Healthcare Planning - Design Management- Projects Management - Construction - Technical Bidding & Evaluation - Strategic Planning & Development)Used to work with The Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNGHA) as a Projects Director of Projects Planning & Design Department under the Project Management Office reporting to the executive director PMO Managing and involving in wide range of projects types mainly in healthcare facilities, residential, office buildings, recreational facilities, educational Facilities and including urban and master planning scale and Infrastructure development at all Medical cities at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia like Riyadh, Al Ahsa, Jeddah, Dammam, Madina, Taief, Qassim...etLikewise, as a Director managing the production and tendering of Design packages in-house OR through specialised A/E design consultants in order to obtain competitive bid offers for constructing the projects by a multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering team providing all the technical supports and strategic planning visions beside the preparation of the organization policies & procedures. Moreover, Projects Design department is responsible for supporting all other technical and none-technical departments at MNGHA in design/construction work related beside with enforcing the organisation with the policies and procedures in Project Management practices. In addition appointed as a Projects Director on several Medical and non-medical healthcare MEGA projects of MNG-HA Managing the project’s Initiation, Planning, Development and Construction coordinating with all Stakeholders/ medical & equipment planners, supervising the Design Process by Overseas A/E firms and the Construction by a First Class Local Contractors. Projects such as and not limited to the Neurosciences Centre Project at Riyadh with a capacity of 176 beds, 300 Beds Maternity Hospital at Riyadh, 300 Beds Specialised Hospital at Taif and Qassim, 350 Beds Children Hospital at Jeddah.
