Additionally, I am involved in the corporatization and transformation of our organization, aligning it with the Kingdom Vision 2030. As part of this transformation, I contribute to business restructuring, strategic planning, the development of new policies and procedures, and business modeling.

Moreover, Projects Design department is responsible for supporting all other technical and none-technical departments at MNGHA in design/construction work related beside with enforcing the organisation with the policies and procedures in Project Management practices.
