1- Drilling Experience (Drilling Supervisor):• Executed, managed and supervised all of drilling operations on the rig and ensure operations are performed in a safe, environmentally friendly and cost-effective manner.• Oversee daily drilling activities.• Implement safety protocols and environmental policies.• Coordinate with geologists and engineers.• Supervise the drilling contractor and service companies in drilling operations.• Prepare daily drilling reports using Excel, and well view software.• Drill vertical and deviated wells up to 45º and 16,000 Ft.• Supervise mud system and solid control equipment.• Select the suitable drilling parameters.• Perform leak-off test and formation integrity test.• Evaluate bits as per IADC.• Supervise the BOP and wellhead testing operations.• Supervise well Logging operations.• Orientate wellhead (Casing heads, hangers, Tubing heads, and X-mas Trees).• Prepare and supervise the cement program for each casing string.• Prepare the daily drilling reports including the cost sheet of each activity.• Direct and control operations at the rig site to ensure they are performed under company requirements and standards.• Manage HSE at the rig site and ensure safe working practice. • Resolve operational problems as they arise and ensure that non-routine activities are planned and organized to identify potential hazards• Request materials and supplies.• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers on the rig site.• Manage inventory of the company's equipment on well sites.• Adhere to environmental protection standards.2- Workover/Completion Experience: Responsible for supervising all completion, testing, and well services.
