Managing people and guiding a 4-10 member consulting team• Have a unique mix of business and technology skills to develop strategies that define how technology can create new opportunities and values for an enterprise• Diverse Experience leading multiple high visibility technology strategy initiatives in one or more of the following industries – High Technology, Software, Healthcare, Lifesciences, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecommanage technology transformation programs (10+ member teams, $5M+ size)Expertise in developing the following – Application Modernization Strategy, Cloud Strategy, Data Management Strategy.Ability to connect solution building blocks to craft persuasive consulting and technology services proposals• Comprehensive experience in various architectural domains such as application, data, infrastructure, security, and integration, with active experiences in leveraging an ecosystem of technology vendors and partners• Deep knowledge and experience in strategy consulting methodologies• Strong Project and Program delivery experience using Agile• Operating in Engagement manager roles for different client assignments• Having a proven track record in managing complex stakeholder landscapes in corporate environments• Having strong experience working with and managing multiple roles (Architects, Developers, solution consultants, testers, change managers, and key business stakeholders• Leading to drive business changes (as part of the project)• Having consulting background and can initiate and drive new business opportunities within the account• Strong capability to quickly build relations with and engage with clients• Excellent communication skills

Leading strategic Account Manager Engagements from lead generation, to closure, selling solutions to meet complex and business requirements of the clients.· Responsible for managing large and complex deals from lead generation to closure· Develop the sales strategy for winning the deal and prepare and manage the engagement plan and associated deliverables for existing clients· Navigate Capability Methods’ internal procedures without exposing the customer to any delivery/quality issues· Maintain alignment with customers business strategy, drivers, and goals· Lead the preparation of the deal financial construct and pricing case and ensure that it is aligned to client’s business case and Visionet’s strategic priorities· Lead the development of key deliverables such as proposals, SoWs, contracts, presentation documents etc.· Lead client negotiations
