- Plan business development to achieve short- and long-term marketing and sales objectives.- Design, develop, and distribute documentation and marketing materials at trade exhibitions and conferences, as well as quarterly consumer surveys.- Engage in strategy sessions and collaborate closely with configuration and program management.- Conduct an in-depth investigation of the client's current resources to tailor your marketing efforts to their exact needs.- Act as a liaison to negotiate the needs, objectives, and wishes of both the employee and the client, resulting in enhanced efficiency, productivity, and retention.- Create weekly marketing action plans that include telemarketing, cold calls, and in-person client visits.- Respond to customers, investors, insurance carriers, or third-party suppliers, do research, produce and procure documents, and analyze requests in compliance with existing policies and procedures.

- Achieve sales goals and win over new corporate clients by exploring and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities across a broad spectrum of banking products and services, with a focus on trade and credit solutions.- Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio to boost department profitability, keep an up-to-date and full credit file and follow current loans to verify compliance with terms and covenants.- Stay abreast of changing market conditions so the bank can expand its operations in both mature and emerging areas.- Achieve business goals by spotting and profiting on possibilities in commercial loans, trade financing, and related financial solutions within the parameters set by the Bank.- Provide the optimal experience for corporate investors by swiftly responding to inquiries, evaluating donor contributions, and communicating regularly about investments and the community effect of those investments.- Be responsible for gaining new consumers and small- to medium-sized business clients and growing existing client relationships.- Interact with business partners to supply materials in support of diverse business priorities.
