This helps in providing quality profiles for the technical interview round, thereby reducing the rejection rate and enable quicker selection process.• Candidate, Client and Vendor Coordination: Coordinating with candidates from the time of resume screening till candidate get on-board. • To coordinate with the Interview Panels and provide them with the CV and Evaluation forms before the Interview is conducted.• To file and maintain a record of rejected candidates for future audits.• Active participation in monthly Business review meetings, conference calls with the client to improve upon the service level agreements

Taking the requirement from the Recruiters, Clients, Tech Panel. o Understanding the requirement. o Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, CGI Synergy, employee & candidate references, job portals, internal database etc. o Undergo Market Intelligence and Project Mapping for Niche requirements. o Short listing the profiles according to the requirement. o Speaking to the candidate regarding the mastery in required technology and job role. o Ensuring the candidate is interested with the profile. o Taking the profile ahead if it's perfect match and generate Candidate ID in Njoyn. o Schedule for the interview telephonic or face to face. o Conduct bulk hiring for mega drives o Follow up with the candidates till he/she is on board. o Ensure timely issuance of offer letter and appointment letter. o Collation and analysis of feedback received from participants o Tracking and benchmarking of recruitment and selection process o Coordinating for Mega- Walk-in-Drives.
