It is an 80 years old privately owned firm currently transforming itself as an Institutional Investor. I was assisting its Chief Executive Officer who has the responsibility to oversee all aspects of this vital exercise. I left at the end of my two-year assignment.

It is an associate of the global banking giant HSBC which also has a Technical Services Agreement to run it. I was assisting the succeeding Managing Directors who are all HSBC secondees. I was instrumental in all aspects of managing meetings like Board, Excom, Aucom, Alco, Remco etc. I left as my position was Saudized.
