Worked 9 years with Contractors, 10 years with Project Management Consultancy and 7 years with Developer. Worked with reputable Multinational Companies; held senior and key positions. Hands on multifaceted projects experience ranging over Infrastructure, Offshore, Airports, High‐rise Buildings, mixed use mega developments, and retail. Extensive experience as a team leader of over 17 years. Expert in use of Project Management Tools including Primavera P6, MS Excel & related software. Extensive experience in Extension of Time (EOT) claims; sound knowledge of Delay Analysis Methodologies, prepared numerous Delay Analysis Reports on significant claims and had hands on Arbitration experience.
