 To review Architectural, Structural drawing and Specifications based on the project requirements. Managing projects from conception, pre-production till completion  Preparing Quotations with the corresponding IFC Drawings & Specifications Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors Preparing material submittal for consultant approval based on the project specification and IFC drawings And also capable of doing Aluminum facades shop drawing Directing the purchase of building materials & supervising the activities of Installation Team Gathering requirements in order to create and maintain a detailed project schedule and integrated plan.  Providing technical support to the project team using the shop drawings related to plans sections, details, technical specification and any other material terminations before proceeding for consultant.  Façade design review of shop drawings with respect to GFC drawings, and fabrication drawings for high-profile buildings. Proposing alternative technical solutions for façade system during the meeting with the consultant for approval of shop drawing. Preparation of Material Take off, Optimization & Cutting list Using Logikal Software (Orgadata) based on the approved shop drawing Planning all activities and schedule the review, initiation and execution of work to ensure before deadlines Representing company on matters such as business services and contracts negotiation Preparing all document and procedure for the executive of work like submission of MAR (Material Approved Request), Method of Statement and Quality Control  Manage the day to day work utilization, compliance implementation and technical consultants engaged on client assignments.  Solving site technical issues and giving training and tasks to site installation teams Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports to Main Contractors and Client on weekly basis and submitting the progress report on monthly basis for the payment. Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary  Managing, Estimating project budgets and keeping costs down. Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards  Responsible to complete all documentation for Consultant /Client Approval for handing over the project. Overseeing the maintenance of project after completion.
