ERP: - Peachtree (Sage 50 US Accounting)• Contribute in achieving business goals through proficient financial management and control of reporting functions.• Monthly closing of projects, review GL Accounts, Trial balance and Prepare Financial Statement (Cash flow, Funds flow, Income Statement, P&L and Balance Sheet)• Responsible for month and year end close and finalizing the accounts.• Directs the installation and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls to keep and develop company assets.• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.• Ensure accurate preparation, securing, controlling and monitoring of company budget, as well as determining variances• Prepare MIS Reports as per requirement of the management (Budget Vs Actual, Ratio Analysis, Variance Analysis month wise as well as YTD Figures, project wise etc.)• Maintain, control and assess day-to-day performance and activities of a team qualified finance member within Finance Department in accordance to standard performance measures• Supervise the payroll procedures for salaries, iqama renewal, CR renewals etc.• Maintain overall goals and objectives as well as to ensure a timely and clean yearend audit• Conduct training for both new and existing staff as needed• Study, assess and streamline standard processes in line with the core business processes’ objectives• Sustained the required foreign currency as management need’s in order to avoid FCY risks• Developing working relationships with business related professionals such as bankers, auditors which will be beneficial for the Company.• All online payment transactions• Preparation of PO/Estimates to get approval from clients• Preparation and analysis reports and study to increase profit margin on each projects
