Perform necessary adjustment to product batches and other processes when out of normal operating conditions are experienced.Test finished product and final package for quality parameters .analyze and respond to results as needed .initiate root cause analysis with team members to identify and implement corrective action.Use analytical instrumentation such as carbo-qc ,densitometer , refractometer,etc.Place all products and packages that fall outside quality ranges on hold for further testing or review. Lead lines sanitation and deep cleaning duties as needed and ensures proper sanitation and cleaning of production lines before start up and during production .
