- Manage and monitor social media platforms to increase online presence and to attract new fans.- Schedule and organize calendar, travel coordination and expenses- Preparing and tracking performance contracts- Tracking artists’ payments and/or commissions- Manage contract negotiations, renewals for the artist

- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.- Recommend improvements to increase performance

- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
