Job Task & Responsibilities at Alkamal International:• Work with business and functional teams to gather requirements, design quality solutions, and create development specifications.• Clearly communicate project expectations and solutions to team members and business users.• Contribute to the overall application design and layout.• Work with geographically dispersed teams, functional leads to transform new requirements into design and implementation.• Coordinate project with outside consultants and direct in-house staff with the assistance of the Project Coordinator.• Manage the efficient development of complete, fully checked project documents. Ensure quality control of all project documentation and communication.• Lead client and team meetings throughout the project.• To ensure the timely submittal of all project submittals and obtaining approvals. (Samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs etc.).• Perform assessment of potential developments, including site visits with the appropriate members of the management team to ensure the product is suitable for the land (or vice versa).• Effective daily management of the ‘Design Team’ (Internal and External) to ensure the provision of required level of services in a pro-active and professional manner to enable other departments to fulfill their role.• Provide drawings to site on a weekly basis.• Establish and enforce quality and standards in schemes, and maintain the good image of the company.• At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.• Train, Evaluate, and lead a large number of workers
