• Work on government platforms (QIWA - MUQEEM - GOSI - MUDAD - NAQL - Ministry of Labor)• Prepare Resident permit Expiry dates on weekly bases assuring all Permits are renewed on time.• Coordinating with finance and projects in issuing new Resident permit and with Projects for Permits renewals based on clients suggested periods od renewal.• Employee relations (follow-up of employee requests - letters - salary definition - vacations)• Preparation of human resources periodically reports (monitoring the status of employee contracts - status of employee residencies - employee settlements - preparation of attendance and leaves records).• Add and remove employees from medical insurance.• Support human resources services (coordination of recruitment - explanation of the work system for newcomers - adding employees to the human resources system)• Adding new Saudi’s joiners in GOSI.• Authenticating employees’ contracts on QIWA platform, and making sure they accept it.

Sales support for individual recruitment ( Housemaids and drivers ) from overseas.Dealing with agencies of different countries like Indonesia , Kenya and Southeast Asian countries
