• Processing of Payments through Cheque and Telegraphic Transfers, arranging to send for Approvals to Head office after Internal Audit.• Preparation of Daily Sales Report to Send it to HO in daily basis with the details of Sales, Payments, and Internal Transfers• Processing of Purchases Invoices by checking with all relevant documents.• Preparation of P&L Report for 2 divisions which is to be submitted every month to H.O within deadline dates and the same is also been discussed with the respective Divisional managers.• Preparation of Inter Company, Bank and Supplier Reconciliations every month.• Submitting Staff Deduction Report to Admin on prescribed deadline dates every month for Payroll Process.• Trade Finance: Issuance & Amendment of LC’s and Issuance of Bank Guarantees.• Internal Transfers & Bank to Bank Transfers to be done twice a week as to keep the Funds in Positive balance against OD Balance.• Month End Activities Passing all the Provision Entries related to Staff Rent, Showroom Rent, Warehouse Rent, Prepaid Trade License, SAP AMC Cost, Cleaning & Maintenance, Rent a Car, Audit Fee, Debit Notes to group company towards S/R Rent.• Posting Petty cash vouchers and reimbursing through cheque payment with appropriate approvals.• Passing all necessary Journal Entries, towards Salaries, Bank charges, Rent, Security charges etc.• Handling of KPMG Audit queries every twice a year, Half yearly and Year End Audit
