Hardware Development of Power Electronics◦ Development of PCB layouts for power electronic converters in the 400 V to 1500 V range◦ Design of driver circuits for IGBTs, Power MOSFETs, and SiC-MOSFETs semiconductor modules◦ Design of the internal and external interfaces of the component as well as systematic optimization ofthe components based on measurements and simulations.◦ Execution and commissioning of EMC tests (emission and interference immunity)◦ Internal and external contact person for HW components and assemblies of power electronicsproducts.◦ Evaluation of the system and hardware requirements and the scope of development.◦ Technical support for the preparation of offers.◦ Development and further development of the components taking into account functional,technological, technical, and financial aspects up to the pre-serial or serial production.◦ Testing of assemblies in coordination with the responsible bodies.◦ Review of the work results in the team and externally, as well as monitoring of deadlines, costs, and thedegree of fulfillment of the work packages
