I am a Mechanical Engineer with well-round and continuous Experience as” HVAC Costing Engineer in Mechanical system” (Heating, Ventilation System & Air Conditioning) for a wide range of MEP Projects that includes Infrastructure, Commercial & Residential Buildings.My Objective is to obtain a position in a leading organization where my abilities and knowledge are recognized, harnessed, developed and encouraged in the right direction to bring the best out of me which inturn be helpful for becoming an asset to the organization in long run.Responsibilities Handling :(Costing Manager) 1.Reviewing Request for proposals (RFPs) and tender documents. 2.Specifications,Basis of Design & drawings so as to determine the scope of work and required contents to prepare accurate and efficient labour estimates on project related works by coordinating with Sales Manager. 3.Preparation & Review of HVAC related technical queries to be sent to the client for pre-bid meeting. 4.Interpreting & reviewing system drawings & identifying any difference related to tender requirements and to raise the queries for the same. 5.Attending pre-tender meeting, pre- tender site visits and technical meetings. 6.Preparing & sending enquiries for HVAC items, High side, Low side items specific to project requirement for proper estimation of project cost. 7.Receiving quotations from vendors, suppliers to comply with the design requirements & provided specifications. 8.Prepare comparison sheet for rates quoted by various suppliers. 9.Technical & Commercial analysis of the quotation with respect to exclusions, assumptions & deviation from make list. 10.Negotiating with the suppliers to obtain most competitive quotes. 11.Preparation of project cost estimate with detail rate analysis. 12.Follow up with the client /consultant until it converts to an order.
