Becoming a part of NAOS gave me the opportunity to take my first step in data analysis. Despite joining as a back office agent, I have been reporting statistical sheets with tables and charts analyzing client's KPIs to provide business insights about the operations.

In VOCO, I played several roles, firstly as a trainer, I conducted multiple trainings for juniors on up-selling and different techniques for setting appointments with potential clients. 8 months later, I became a team leader managing and increasing agents’ productivity through coaching and reporting.

Vodafone IE was my first experience where I learned and developed many skills. I joined as a customer care agent at the mobile billing department for 6 months, afterwards I joined the outbound telesales team for 9 months, during this period, I could humbly add a value to the team by creating a knowledge base using PP and rendering it as a PDF with hyperlinks in order to assist newbies in training rooms and at their nesting stage. Later on, management chose me as a senior to be part of the first retention team launched in Egypt's Horizon premises. Due to the wide knowledge of the work flow, I didn't only establish a knowledge base from scratch but I was also promoted as a floorwalker two weeks only from kickoff.

Communicating with clients about layout and design. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, banners , covers and pictures with software such as photoshop. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary
