- Supervising and leading the IT Department duties and tasks.- Analyzing recurring problems and make recommendations for improvements to operational procedures.- Progress reporting and other statistical reports.- Manage, maintain and support of the corporate WAN and customer’s networks and that includes:• Implementing redundancy on servers to avoid the single point of failures• Provide inputs and recommendations for purchase of IT related software and hardware.• Configuring Client VPN Connections and Site to Site VPN Connections.• Configuring CCTV and IP Cameras and DVR’s software.• Administration of Exchange 2003, Exchange 2007, Exchange 2010, ISA 2004, ISA 2006, TMG 2010, configuring Unified Threat Management Devices ( i.e Astaro ), Kerio connect & control• Active Directory Server 2003 and 2008, SBS 2008, Network printers, routers, access points, Group Policy Objects ( GPO ), file server permissions, backup software, batch distribution, antivirus software, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, security and integrity of networks, publishing internal websites and cameras and outlook (OWA)

• Setup home and small office networks( Wired and wireless workgroups and domains).• Troubleshoot wireless networks.• Troubleshoot Network, Hardware and Software errors.• Troubleshoot technical problems and issues regarding Networks, Operating Systems, Microsoft Software, third party Software, Internet, and E-mail issues.• Ensure complete customer satisfaction
