Also has an operation in Hyderabad India. Financial Analysis: Accounts Receivables, payables, vendor’s accounts creations, reconciliations and other management reports. Financial Reports: Preparation of all G/L reconciliation (with supporting documentation & clear explanations), Profit and loss statement, Balance sheet and management Reports.  Responsible for timely & monthly consolidated financial statements and Management report to top management. Establish & maintain banks relationship, review all bank accounts analysis statements to insure accuracy.  Dealing with the banks regarding loans, OD & other facilities. Responsible for sending daily & weekly sales information to management. Monitor house banks and General Cashier Reports on a daily basis. Compiles information, analyzes and monitors actual sales against projected sales. Accounts Payables: Ensuring data input are correctly coded to credit terms and procedures. Checking invoices& reconciliation of supplier accounts & Payments, handling high volume of invoices & maintenance of clients ageing. Meeting with suppliers with Purchase manager regarding credit terms & negotiations. Monitoring PDC’s, Service payments Accounts Receivable: Monitoring & Liaison with customer regarding non ‐payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. Controlling customers credit limit. Bank Reconciliation: Weekly and monthly  Inter Company: keeping eye on intercompany entries, monthly reconciliation. Overseas Clients: Dealing with international clients regarding their financial queries & otheractivities
