Responsibilities:* Checking of chart of Accounts and corrections if necessary* Management Accounts Audit (Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly) IAS, & IFRS.* Prepare Management Accounts (Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly).* Prepare Profit and loss accounts on the CM based.* Check and verified export sales as per buyer based.* Check and verified shipment status according to order entry based.* Checking proceed realization in as per shipment. * Checking PI, Acceptance & Advanced document.* Check and Verified Requisition on the basis of physical counting. * Checking of supplier, contractor bill & other bill.* Verify and confirm supplier quotation & work order.* Physical counting of inventory after purchase.* Market survey in case of purchase.* Checking of monthly vat return.* Checking of Vat, Tax, AIT, TDS, VDS.* Checking of requisition.* Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.* Factory visit for Physical counting closing inventory or stock or raw material at Factory.* Interest calculation on loan.* Statement of Accounts Receivable & Payable.* Checking of Various register.* Cash counting of Head office & Factory.* Checking of Cash Book & Bank Statement.* Monthly Salary Sheet (Given by MD Sir approval).* Physical cash counting on Head office & Site office.* Checking on gate pass & gate entry document.* Communication with external auditor. * PI, Acceptance & Advanced document.* Demand / Requisition Audit.* Inventory & Cash Counting.
