• Single point of contact responsible for assisting with hardware and software support to all users and VIPs • Track and manage IT assets and comms room • Setup and troubleshoot Windows OS and macOS/Apple devices • Carry out routine checks to ensure all equipment is working efficiently • Maintain document repository of fixes to share with the global team • Carry out IT inductions for new joiners • Manage Office 365/ Microsoft Entra ID/ Active directory and Intune endpoint management system • Provide AV support for meeting rooms using Cisco WebEx/ Lenovo core kit • Work with infrastructure and operation team to assist with planned projects • Investigate and troubleshoot network related issues • Setup and maintain Printers/ Patch panels/ Switches/ Access points/ Routers • Keep users up to date by sending comms with any major issues and changes • Assist endpoint management team with software testing to ensure they are working correctly before deployment • Use and recommend new features which can be used on Jenkins • Provide phone support to users globally • Take ownership and solve cases raised by users • Liaise with third party vendors for installations and repairs • Contribute to global team meetings to discuss and flag known issues

• Provide Technical support to all legal professionals across the firm locally and remotely using Logmein/ Dameware• Support wide range of enterprise applications such as iManage, Bighand, Axxia, Visualfiles, Workshare compare, MatterSphere and Prolaw• Carry out desk visits where needed to troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported• Create and manage Office365/ Azure/ Active Directory• Build and repair laptops for end users• Liaise with third party providers to sort issues• Use Intune and MDM to manage laptops/phones and ensure they are complaint with company policies• Escalate and communicate issues raised to different department such as Finance and Enterprise solutions• Manage stocks and carry out Audits using Certero• Use Service now ticketing system to assign and raise tickets using ITIL Framework• Provide AV support to conference rooms using Cisco Webex teams/Zoom• Provide IT support to meetings externally• Troubleshoot and manage Network issues such as LAN/Wi-Fi /Routers/ Patch panels/ Access points/ VPN Forti client• Create and give access to Citrix servers• Manage new starters induction to assist with any IT training
