My major responsibilities as a Plant head and NPD head, is to plan, administer and review the plant operation, NPD & R&D activities within the organization. Also to work with all the QA system HACCP/ISO 22000 & management system like SAP & 6 SIGMA. I am playing my active involvement in New product development, project management, establishes standard bakery process & technology & important analytical activities includes cost & chemistry.

At present I am Plant Manager. Apart from production, I am also responsible for all development activities, like New product development and R&D, Formulation of all products, Process control, Yield improvement, Cost Control, Management Representative to implement QMS inside the plant, system building and implementation, Wastage reduction, Material management, Quality of products, New projects of Bakery commissioning and Training of the people inside of organization, who are less privileged so that they can contribute potentially in the organization.

Apart from my job as a Production Manager like production planning, management, control, team management, capacity utilization, developing / streamlining systems, cost effective and good quality of product, meeting deadlines, I have developed many varieties of breads and buns for health segment / category. I have worked / experience in all areas like, New projects of Bakeries installation and commissioning , New product development, Reformulation, Process control, Waste reduction, Yield improvement, Quality Control, Cost Control and Training of the people in this trade, who are less privileged so that they can contribute potentially in the organization. I have also designed small projects and training from scratch level, that helped economize the existing set ups to enhance the job opportunities. I have worked as a Management Representative to implement QMS at the plant. Materials management,, Retail Bakery projects, Cost Control, Improvement in process conditions, Training of peoples, engaged in Bakery operations of Bread, Biscuits, Cakes, Puff pastry and other bakery products and Implementation of GMP, HACCP are some other aspects of my professional summery.

I worked as a Production manager, in bread & bakery products manufacturing unit. Where proved myself, as highly self-motivated and goal-oriented production professional, I utilized all my strong Production management experience / skills in production, NPD & R&D, I introduced many types of products like Variety Breads, Rolls, Buns, Pizza base, Confectionary and Cafeteria products. I offered Diet bakery products to many restaurant and Five Start hotels. Demonstrated strong analytical abilities, actively participated in Inventory management, innovative production management skills, quality control and showed the ability to follow through with projects from start to completion.

 Managed the production operations involving Burger Bun line, Pizza Bases line, Bread Plants, Cake Plant and different types of variety breads. Supervising the workforce along with the planning of production & maintenance without effecting supply of all products while achieving production targets. Responsible for developing new products, maintaining the quality standards along with material management & coordination of overall operations.

I spearheaded the launching of a new instore chain of baked from scratch bakery units across the Faridabad- India. Played a vital role in Food Production and Distribution Center at a time of growth during the opening of Green Channel, during this time I worked on the research, development and implementation of bakery recipes and methods.

 Supervised the entire production operations involving Bread / Bun / Long Rolls / Flat Breads Plant (All Automatic plants of Germany, UK & Denmark) and confectionary and cafeteria sections. Supervised the workforce along with the planning of production & maintenance without effecting supply of bakery, confectionary and cafeteria products while achieving production targets. Responsible for developing new products, maintaining the quality along with material management, implementing all systems and SOPs & coordination of overall operations
