Instruments with HARTand FF communication system.Reading and understanding the functional logics.Logic Checking for ESD Loops, DCS Monitoring, Verifying Loop drawings etc.Involved in Various Shutdown activities of the process plant and planning for the Major Shutdowns. I have experience in ( ELLIOT Turbo machinery Control ) CENTRAFUGAL Recycle Gas COMPRESSOR, BENTLEY NAVEDA SYSTEM (vibration system), Conveyors, feeders & raw mills.Over Speed protection device protech Gll-(Wood ward)Read Manuals and understands Scope of Work related to Process variables.Lead a team of technicians to undertake preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance work.Preparation of method statements, procedures and routines where required.Reports on work progress, bringing to notice potential problems or delays and recommends solutions.Plan, Monitor and assist in planning Job activities with planning Engineer as required.Perform inter-discipline checks.Compliance of Job in accordance with HSE Standard.
