Summary of Role :# Establish the project baseline/scope and manage them with respect to budget, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of project and achieve targeted bottom line of the entire business of MEP contract.# Handling Mechanical system HVAC/Plumbing/Firefighting/Utilities works of high rise residential / commercial buildings, Metro rail as well as hotel projects in reputed contracting company.# Utilize all resources including Operating personnel and movable/non-movable Assets, Suppliers, Sub- contractors; interacting with Consultants, Clients, various Statutory authorities etc; and plan for successful completion.# Review and Manage the Design and Technical team to understand the specification, contract documents, architectural layout, and prepare the design deficiency report and implement accordingly.# Review and Manage to team for the preparation of proper BOQ, selection of equipment’s & materials from manufacturer provided technical data based on contract specification / project requirements# Preparation of CS, Technical and Financial Evaluation, Select vendors and coordination with supply chain team.Manage the team and review the equipment details and preparation of the Plant room layout, equipment layout, shop drawing in accordance with coordination.Ensuring effective preparation of Programs in coordination with planning engineer to cope up with civil contractor’s activities.# Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.Providing guidance to prepare O & M Manual including original catalogues, Maintenance schedules etc. and follow up with the consultants for approval.# Liaising with Engineer’s & Draftsman’s to prepare shop drawings & Builders Work drawings, As-built drawing, final handing over documents based on the tender documents and closeout with the consultant/Client.

Managing all site execution activities and coordination with site supervisor, foreman & charge hands.
