• Provide customer service to Chevron Employees Club of Houston (CECOH) Members and Visitors from all over the World interested in purchasing Chevron Branded merchandise and tickets for area attraction activities like movie tickets, rodeo, theme parks, and gas cards.• Keeping inventory update by ordering merchandise or tickets on a regular basis + fulfilling orders for Chevron employees for their day to day special events.• Coordinate with CECOH Youth Director regarding registration of CECOH Special Events like PICNIC, BREAKFAST WITH SANTA and etc.• Coordinate with CECOH Committee for Services and Benefits (Rodeo) tickets and carnival tickets sales.• Updating monthly store activities regarding sales and sales tax to CECOH Boards members.• Reviewing other stores activities regarding sales, inventory and deposits in addition to the Downtown store activities on weekly basis. Providing necessary help to sales rep at others stores as and when needed• Coordinate with Zorch – Merchandise supplier of Chevron Brand items and fulfilling official special events requests of Chevron Employees.• Maintain/update CECOH Membership list on a regular basis. All memberships’ applications (in-store applications or online applications) responsible to add or modify required information in member’s list.• Coordinate with Chairman Membership Committee / Members of Committee in resolving of any membership issues.• Keeping the store neat and clean and well organized

Assist corporate customers in setting up accounts foremployees as well as corporate offices.▪ Provide technical troubleshooting on mobilephones using company standards and ensurecustomer satisfaction.▪ Gather monthly client feedback survey results, recorddata into the database, and create detailed reports toillustrate trends, projections, and successes.▪ Accurately input new client contact and paymentinformation, and deactivate and archive inactivatedaccounts.▪ Analyze customer orders to identify errors andomissions, taking appropriate action to verifyand retrieve critical account data.
