Performing the reconciliation for all exchange trades with broker execution report to identify the discrepancy before the value date and ensure smooth settlement on the value date. Checking for the short positions – cash & stock and request FO accordingly for the cover to avoid fails and penalties. Monitoring of the stock and cash breaks Working with internal and external auditors and providing justification for the enquiry raised Training the team members and providing advice on procedure and method of the process.
