• Process suppliers invoices accurately and efficiently, and assist the team to do the same• Process payments of (Burj Khalifa, At The Top, At The Top Retail, Emaar Prestige Services, The Burj Club LLC, The Valet LLC, The Café)• Providing accounting and clerical support to ensure that financial transactions comply and of the VAT regulations• Preparation, validation and submission of monthly and quarterly VAT returns for the UAE entities• Handle VAT reporting (payables), and Ensure payments are done in line with UAE regulations• Prepare and manage all documents in line with VAT regulations and other related activities• Process of Payments from ERP (Oracle and Navision)• Ensure all PR, PO and invoices are coded correctly and approved in line with the Delegation of Authority• Pro-actively involved in clearing queries that require a higher level of authority• Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services against purchase orders and GRN (Goods Received Note)• Prepare batches of invoices for data entry• Reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis• Ensures, all the necessary documents are completed and approved before payments are executed• Securely maintain confidential Supplier/ HR information and verify change requests from suppliers• Prepare the weekly payment run, ensuring the timing is scheduled to maximize credit terms and submit for approval• Build strong relationships with suppliers and respond to inquiries• Ensure new supplier forms are completed for all new suppliers• Assist with month end closing process to ensure timely, accurate financial data that is in compliance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and company accounting policies• Assist in the internal and external audits as required.• Identifies ways to improve productivity and data quality and assist in preparing business and process flow documents• Month End Closing and Report sent to Line Manager

• Process Payments of (Burj Khalifa, At The Top, At The Top Retail, Emaar Prestige Services)• Processing Suppliers and Contractor payments• Process of Payments from Oracle - ERP• Verification of each invoices and Checks all Purchase Orders / Memo’s and Signed Agreements with Delivery Orders/ Job Completion Certifications to ensure proper authorization and coding; receives supplier invoices, payment claims and other payment documents and reconciles for payment.• Posting of each invoice and validation in the system.• Printing of Cheque’ s and Bank Transfer Letter’s• Processes payments for foreign currency invoices • Tracking of Cheque update sheet and sent to Signatory for signature• Once cheque is signed by signatories, intimations (Payment Advice) will sent to suppliers for collection of cheque form Burj Khalifa Loading Bay Area and Transfer Letters will be sent to Bank• Each receipt enter in the system• Daily Basis HR payments (Final Settlement, Retention and Monthly Payroll)• Maintaining Petty Cash Book and PRO Payments• Daily response to queries from HR / End users / Suppliers and Contractors as required cheque payment status.• Assisting in the audit process as an when required• Dealing with Bank Transaction (coordination with bank for foreign payments and swift copies)
