Job Profile :• Checking Shop Drawing’s (HVAC, FIRE & PLUMBING) for approval as per latest design drawings, project specification & latest Code’s.• Inspect the approve Materials and Equipment’s delivered at site with respect to approved material submittal.• In charge of carrying out the job of supervision & inspection for Installation of Mechanical services like HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works and Equipment’s at site as per approval, project specification, codes and standards.• Inspect the Gravity test, Pressure test and Duct smoke test as per project method statement.• To attend the technical as well as site progress meetings with the client representative and contractors.• Assist in review of Method statement as per project specification, codes and standards.• Make sure that any activity offered for inspection has an approved shop drawing, method statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan.• Assist senior Engineer & ARE (MEP) in review and approval monthly IPC for MEP services with the works completed at site. Coordinating and monitoring of the entire project with planning, material and other concerned departments.• Resolving technical & practical issues through proper coordination of MEP services at site. • Issuing of SON and NCR’s to contractor for non compliance.• Monitor contractor’s work to maintain the quality of work with health and safety measure.• Implementation of QA/QC procedures for mechanical works.• Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly status reports as per site progress and Schedule.• Preparing breakdown BOQ for remaining mechanical work at site.• Checking As-Built Drawing’s (HVAC, FIRE & PLUMBING) for approval as per installed at site as per site condition.
