Key Responsibilities: • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports including detailed P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow, ratios, CCC, Borrowings & Equity, Assets & Liabilities and KPI’s, financial statements, Aging Receivables, Aging Payables, and budgets for the organization. This includes collecting and consolidating financial data, conducting variance analysis, and identifying trends or issues that require attention.• Budgeting and Forecasting: Key role in the development and management of the organization’s budget. Collaborate with department heads and senior management to gather budget inputs, review spending patterns, and provide recommendation for cost optimization.• Cost Analysis: Analyze actual manufacturing and operating costs through periodic contribution & profit analysis reports and then compare the variances between standard and actual costs.• Stakeholder communication: Present financial reports and analysis to senior management, department heads, and other stakeholders. Clearly communicate financial information, trends, and recommendations in a concise and understandable manner.• Reporting Format: Develop and implement standard reporting templates and distribute across different business units through corporate office to collect and analyze finance, sales, production, supply chain, IT, & HR related reports and KPI’s.• Business Meeting Presentations: Create visually appealing and informative presentations for Board meetings, executive summaries, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and tailor reports to meet their needs.• Time Management: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of reports and presentations, adhering to established deadlines. Maintain a centralized repository for reports, data, and documentation, ensuring easy access and version control.
