My KRA’s• Pre-Opening team member of World’s largest Amazon campus in Hyderabad.• It covers 9.5 acres and has 1.8 million square feet of office space, making it "Amazon's single largest building in the world and accommodate more than 15,000 employees.• Manage facility repair and maintenance, coordinating contractors, and directing site activities review, develop, and implement facilities management and safety procedures, including maintenance activities and emergency plans.• Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as catering, cleaning, parking, security, and technology.• Supervising teams of staff across different divisions.• Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.• Dealing with emergencies as they arise.• Planning for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements.• Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments and building projects.• Helping with office relocations.• Coordinating with projects for timely closures of snags points and other project works.• Ensure planning and execution of all preparation required for Conferences / meetings of the client as well as VIP visits scheduled during the shifts.• Weekend Deep cleaning activities.• Take rounds of the areas within the campus ensure that they are maintained to its higher standard.• Oversee the Housekeeping Services.• Keep tracker of the overall service delivery assessment of HK vendor.• Ensure Coordination meetings with vendor for resolution of service issues.• Design & implementation the processes of badge section, access control, material movement, visitor & Vendor movement

• Team Management.• Managing a team (House Keeping and security & Junior Admin Associates).• Creating a team shifts roasters, Team Motivation• Review the security and safety procedure and documentation.• Housekeeping (office cleaning and Hygiene, cafeteria management)• Stock Management. (Store Dept.)• Communication with other Dept. & Vendors.• Taking care of lab machines kits as on receiving them.

• Meeting with Clients for their requirement about project work.• Meeting with Sub Contractors & Mall Management.• Supervising of Materials & Samples for Project.• Supervising Facilities management to ensure the work is going on smoothly and completing it on time.• Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting frequent quality assurance tests and safety checks.• Taking care of all the required documentation and approvals from UAE Government authorities.• Taking completion certificates & deposit refund from Dubai municipality.• Submission of Site Reports to respective authorities.• Co-ordinate with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
